INSTRUCTIONS & HOUSE RULES

NO PARTIES, VISITORS OR MEETINGS ARE ALLOWED IN THIS FLAT
IMPORTANT
- Parties, meetings or vistors are totally forbiden in this flat.
- Music, TV, musical instruments or noises between 11pm and 8am are not allowed and will be penalised.
- The number of people is permanently monitored and might cause immediate cancelation of your reservation and eviction from the flat.
- Talking, smoking or socialising outside, at the entrance of the building or at the back yard, is restricted after 11pm.
PARKING
- Our car park is Free for guests while displaying the provided valid parking permit.
- ONLY ONE medium or small vehicle is allowed.
- If the car park allowed spaces are full, you have to park your vehicle outside the premises.
- An independent parking enforcement agency monitors our car park on 24/7 basis.
- CCTV cameras are operative 24/7.
- Fines start from £100 per day
- No caravans, large vans or trucks are allowed to use the car park.
- Never block any garage or vehicle.
ACCESS TO THE BUILDING
- Keep the provided KEYFOB with you at all times.
- The KEYFOB is the only way to access the building.
- The Intercom will be disconnected once the guests access the flat the very first time.
LOUNGE TV
- You can use your Netflix to stream any film or series in the lounge TV.
- If you want to connect a video game to the lounge TV, ONLY use the grey and red HDM1 Cable inside the TV table.
- NEVER manipulate, connect or disconnect any cable from the TV.
GAS HOB
- Turn gas on medium.
- Light match. Hold very close to the holes in the center of the burner that fire usually comes out of.
- Wait for full ignition. This should happen within about 3 seconds, and the burner should quickly light all the way around in a neat little ring-closing pattern.*
- Remove your match-holding hand (and the match) quickly.
MICROWAVE OVEN
- Introduce your food inside the microwave oven.
- Close the oven door
- Click on Start or Eco once
- By using the dial select the time you need by turning it clockwise for more time or anti-clockwise to reduce the time.
- After selecting the time click on the last button ‘Start’ to turn it on
- Once your food is ready, take it out the microwave and clean it once it gets cold.
HAIR DRYER
- It is located inside the second level (bottom) white shoes storge located in the smaller bedroom.
- Please after using it, clean it and put it back in there as found.
CHECK OUT
- Please ensure to check out at 11:00am o’clock. Any delay after this time will carry a penalty and will be considered a breach to the rules of the house and reported with Airbnb.
- Before checking out, please ensure to dispose all the rubbish bags, unwanted items and food leftovers in the building communal wate bins, located at the entrance of the car park, on the left hand side.
- Close all windows and ensure to switch off the gas hob and all appliances.
- Do not forget to leave upon the entrance table the provided keyfob and parking permit.
- Ensure to close the flat door behind you.
- Leaving the flat in the best possible condition will be highly appreciated and mentioned in the guest Airbnb profile review.
HOUSE RULES
NO PETS
Neither dogs, nor cats or any type of pets are allowed both in the whole building and inside the flat.
NO SMOKING
Smoking cigarettes, vapes, any type of drugs or lighting candles is totally forbidden and will be reported to the Airbnb’s agent and the local authorities for immediate actions.
HANGING CLOTHES
- Laundry can ONLY be hanged in the provided indoor clothes airer located at the back of the second (small) bedroom.
- Hanging towels, clothes or anything in the flat windows is totally forbiden and will be reported immediatelly. This is monitored by the building management company and neighbours.
NOISES & VISITORS
- Parties, meetings or vistors are totally forbiden in this flat.

CCTV CAMERAS
- Multiple CCTV cameras are operating 24/7 throughout the building, car park and communal areas. Except inside the flat.
- We have 100% access to all cameras installed in the building and will be used as evidence for immediate evictions, if necessary.
- All CCTV cameras are controlled in compliance with UK/EU GDPR and The Data Protection Act 2018.

Where to shop, eat or go?
Our flat is located only five minute walk from the cliff top and zigzag paths to sandy beaches.
A short 15 minute walk along the cliff top past the pier and through Bournemouth gardens will bring you to the town centre.
